In order to return your product you must first contact us and receive a Return Authorization Number for your return and your refund to be issued! We are not responsible for any returned items that do not have pre-authorization and no Return Authorization Number nor those that are not received by us. You are responsible for receipt confirmation on all returns. The original Shipping & Handling for the order is NOT refundable for post shipping refunds, only pre-shipping refunds. Please note that there is also a 15% re-stocking fee on any preauthorized returns and 25% on any non-authorized returns received in unopened and resaleable condition.
Order Cancellations:
